Loyalty Points are account rewards earned by spending time online. While you are logged in, the server tracks your online progress for the day. When enough time has passed, one redeem becomes available and you can claim it for Loyalty Points.

The system is account-based. Your current point balance belongs to your account, while daily earning progress tracks how many rewards that account can still claim today.

Online time is counted toward your next redeem window. When the required time is reached, the server marks one redeem as available and sends a notice telling you that a reward can be claimed.

Current reward settings:

Progress is capped at the daily limit. After you have reached the maximum number of daily redeems, staying online will not create more available redeems until the next daily reset.

Use /playpoints to see your current Loyalty Point status. /points works as a shorter version of the same command.

The status message shows:

• Your current account balance.
• How many redeems are available right now.
• How many redeems remain for the day.
• The reward rate.
• The daily cap.
• Whether a redeem is available or how long remains until the next one.

If the balance is still loading right after login, wait a moment and check again.

Use /redeem to claim one available reward.

When the claim succeeds, the server adds the Loyalty Points to your account balance and tells you:

• How many points were redeemed.
• Your new balance.
• How many redeems remain today.

Each /redeem claims one available reward. If you have multiple available redeems, use the command again to claim the next one.

Daily Loyalty Point progress resets on the server's local calendar day.

At reset:

• Redeems claimed today return to zero.
• Unclaimed available redeems are cleared.
• Online-time progress toward the next redeem starts fresh.
• Your account's Loyalty Point balance is kept.

Because unclaimed redeems are cleared at reset, claim available rewards before the day changes.

• Use /playpoints after logging in if you want to know your current progress.
• Claim rewards before the daily reset so available redeems are not lost.
• If /redeem says no reward is available yet, stay online and check the remaining time with /playpoints.
• If a request is already in progress, wait a few seconds before trying again.
• Loyalty Points are separate from Ashes Auction and other custom systems.
